Does the TCL have any plans for expansion this summer?

I've been told that they want to add a team in Weimar for the 2010 season.

Rumors of the possible move of the Coppell Copperheads to Gainesville, TX have been squashed, according to the article below. From what the article says, its seems as if the team is dead set on relocation. Does anyone know if this is accurate, and if so, why? www.gainesvilleregister.com/sports/local_story_308123715.html

I believe that Coppell has to move to survive. They just don't draw anybody. Even in the hot Texas sun, Brazos Valley, Victoria and E. Texas draw well. I am convinced that for TCL teams to survive, they need to move out of the big cities, and move into smaller markets.

The TCL also has an article on the addition of Alexandria texascollegiateleague.com/news/league/index.html?article_id=381Near the bottom of the article, there is something I don't understand... "The North Texas Copperheads and McKinney Marshals, both original TCL franchises, round out the league lineup." "The Copperheads, who moved this off-season from Coppell to McKinney, are the defending TCL champions." I thought the McKinney team is called the Marshalls? If the Coppell team moved to McKinney, does that mean they have two teams? I'm a little confused here lol.

From what I understand, they are going to play in McKinney as well. At least for next season they are in McKinney.

Sorry for the late reply, but that is correct, both the Marshals and Copperheads will play out of McKinney in 2010.
